Due to the nature of shipping containers, all sales are subject to the following conditions.

1. Cancellations

  • Orders may only be cancelled before dispatch and with written approval from CONTAINERS AURUS.
  • Cancellation fees may apply to cover administrative or logistical costs.
  • Custom or modified containers cannot be cancelled once work has commenced.

2. Refunds

  • Container sales are generally final.
  • Refunds are only issued if agreed in writing by CONTAINERS AURUS.
  • Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method.

3. Non-Refundable Items

  • Used containers sold “as seen”
  • Custom-modified containers
  • Containers damaged after delivery
