REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY
Due to the nature of shipping containers, all sales are subject to the following conditions.
1. Cancellations
- Orders may only be cancelled before dispatch and with written approval from CONTAINERS AURUS.
- Cancellation fees may apply to cover administrative or logistical costs.
- Custom or modified containers cannot be cancelled once work has commenced.
2. Refunds
- Container sales are generally final.
- Refunds are only issued if agreed in writing by CONTAINERS AURUS.
- Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method.
3. Non-Refundable Items
- Used containers sold “as seen”
- Custom-modified containers
- Containers damaged after delivery
