This Warranty Policy outlines coverage for containers supplied by CONTAINERS AURUS.

1. New Containers

New (one-trip) containers are covered by a 12-month structural warranty, covering:

  • Structural integrity
  • Wind and watertight condition

2. Used Containers

Used containers are covered by a 3-month structural warranty, ensuring:

  • Structural soundness
  • Wind and watertight condition (unless otherwise stated)

Cosmetic wear, dents, surface rust, or paint condition are not covered.

3. Warranty Exclusions

The warranty does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear
  • Cosmetic damage
  • Damage caused by misuse, modification, or poor site conditions
  • Damage caused after delivery

4. Warranty Claims

Warranty claims must be submitted in writing with supporting evidence within the warranty period.

5. Limitation

CONTAINERS AURUS’s liability under this warranty is limited to repair, replacement, or refund at our discretion.
