Our sanitary blocks are designed to meet the needs of installing sanitary facilities on construction sites, warehouses, restaurants, campsites, or public spaces. They are aimed at all types of organizations that need to quickly set up sanitation on their sites: local authorities, businesses, and associations. The modular sanitary block provides a rapid solution at a highly competitive price compared to traditional construction methods.
The SS1 sanitary block is a modular unit with two doors, each leading to a WC cabin with a washbasin, and includes opening windows (vasistas) on the doors. The module is equipped with four 16 cm feet at the base.
The delivery time for this module is a maximum of 3 weeks from the order date, as it is kept in stock. This module is not customizable, but it is also available in a configuration with WC and shower: SD1 sanitary block.
Our standard series represents the first level of finish: standard structure and standard insulation.
If required, this module can be produced in our “Reinforced” or “Isoplus” series. In this case, the thermal and acoustic insulation will be more effective, but the delivery time will be longer.
New SS1 Standard Series Sanitary Block Specifications
The SS1 sanitary block features a galvanized and lacquered steel frame in light grey RAL 9002.
The roof profile is made of galvanized steel, lacquered in light grey RAL 9002, with a thickness of 1.5 mm and a height of 154 mm. It also has 4 lifting points for crane handling.
The base profiles are also made of galvanized steel, lacquered in light grey RAL 9002, with a thickness of 1.5 mm and a height of 80 mm. The base is supported by 4 feet measuring 16 cm.
The roof is constructed from sandwich panels with rigid polyurethane foam insulation, 30 mm thick, Euroclass Cs3d0. The roof covering is made of corrugated galvanized steel, with rainwater drainage at the rear.
The walls and partitions are made from sandwich panels with rigid polyurethane foam insulation, 40 mm thick (light grey RAL 9002), Euroclass Cs3d0.
The floor consists of water-resistant particleboard, 18 mm thick, covered with a PVC finish.
The doors and windows are made of lacquered white RAL 9010 aluminium.
The SS1 sanitary block is equipped with two solid doors, each measuring 78 x 210 cm (with a passage width of 64 cm), and two windows measuring 58 x 58 cm, with single-glazed moulded panes.
Sanitary Equipment (Connectable)
Each of the two WC cabins is equipped with a ceramic English-style WC, featuring a PVC tank, toilet paper holder, and a 36 cm PVC washbasin with a faucet and mirror.
Water supply is through the wall (A), and waste disposal is under the floor, connected to a single outlet (E).
Electrical Installation (220V)
The SS1 sanitary block includes two switches, two LED ceiling lights, an electrical panel with a residual-current device and circuit breakers (maximum 6 kW), and an external connection box.
