Our sanitary blocks are designed to meet the needs of quick sanitary installation on construction sites, warehouses, restaurants, or public spaces. They are ideal for entities needing to set up sanitation facilities rapidly: local authorities, businesses, and associations. The modular sanitary block offers a fast, cost-effective solution compared to traditional building methods.
The SDU block includes an entry area with a washbasin and urinal, leading to a WC area and a shower area, both featuring top-opening windows.
It is equipped with motion sensors, a reinforced wood-cement floor, and a reinforced base with integrated fork slots for handling with a forklift.
The delivery time for this module is up to 3 weeks from the order date, as it is kept in stock.
This module is not customizable but is also available in a two-WC configuration: the SSU sanitary block.
Our standard series represents our basic finish level: standard structure and insulation.
If required, we can produce this module in our “Reinforced” or “Isoplus” series, where thermal and acoustic insulation will be more efficient. However, this will extend the delivery time.
SDU Sanitary Block Description
The SDU sanitary block is constructed with a galvanized steel frame, lacquered in anthracite grey RAL 7016.
The roof profile is made of galvanized steel, lacquered in anthracite grey RAL 7016, 1.5 mm thick, with a height of 154 mm and 4 lifting points for crane movement.
The base profiles are made of galvanized steel, lacquered in anthracite grey RAL 7016, 2 mm thick, with a height of 160 mm and fork slots (90 cm spacing) for handling by a forklift with 250 cm forks.
The roof is made of sandwich panels with rigid polyurethane foam, 30 mm thick, Euroclass Cs3d0. The roof covering is corrugated galvanized steel, with rainwater drainage on the sides.
The walls are made of sandwich panels with rigid polyurethane foam, 40 mm thick (light grey RAL 9002), Euroclass Cs3d0.
The floor is wood-cement, 16 mm thick, covered with a PVC coating.
The joinery is made of lacquered aluminium in white RAL 9010.
The SDU sanitary block is equipped with a semi-glazed door (84 x 220 cm, 70 cm passage) with bars and single-glazed molded glazing.
The WC area has a solid internal door (78 x 210 cm, 64 cm passage) and a top-opening window (58 x 58 cm) with single-glazed molded glazing, 4 mm thick.
The shower area has a solid internal door (78 x 190 cm, 64 cm passage) and a top-opening window (58 x 58 cm) with single-glazed molded glazing, 4 mm thick.
Sanitary Equipment
The entrance area includes a ceramic washbasin (55 cm) with a cold/hot water faucet and mirror, as well as a ceramic urinal with a push button and PVC splash guard.
The WC area features a ceramic British-style WC with a PVC tank and a toilet paper holder.
The shower area includes a ceramic shower (90 x 70 cm) with a showerhead, mixer, soap dish, and PVC shower curtain.
Water connections are wall-mounted (A), and drainages are connected with two wall outlets (E).
Electrical Installation (220V)
The SDU sanitary block includes a motion sensor, LED ceiling light, 1000W convector heater, an electrical panel with a residual-current circuit breaker and circuit breakers (maximum 6KW), and an external connection box.
The WC area includes a motion sensor, a 7.5W LED ceiling light, and a 50-litre water heater.
There is no electrical installation in the shower area, and the lighting is provided by the space above the shower door and the top-opening window.
