Our sanitary blocks are designed to meet the needs of providing sanitary facilities on construction sites, in warehouses, restaurants, campsites, or public spaces. They are intended for all types of organizations that require quick installation of sanitary facilities on their premises: local authorities, businesses, associations. The modular sanitary block allows for rapid installation of facilities at a highly competitive price compared to traditional construction solutions.

The S1 Sanitary Block is a sanitary module that includes a toilet with a washbasin, featuring a small window on the door. It is equipped with four 16cm feet at the base.

The delivery time for this module is a maximum of 3 weeks from the order date, as it is kept in stock.

This module is not customizable, but it is also available in configurations with two toilets (SS1 Sanitary Block) or with a toilet and shower (SD1 Sanitary Block).

Our standard series represents our first level of finish: standard structure and standard insulation.

If necessary, we can produce this module in our “Reinforced” or “Isoplus” series. In this case, the thermal and acoustic insulation will be more efficient, but the delivery time will be longer.

Our sanitary modules are assembled in France.

Description of New S1 Sanitary Block

The S1 Sanitary Block features a galvanized and lacquered steel frame, finished in light grey RAL 9002.

• Roof profile: Made of galvanized steel lacquered in light grey RAL 9002, thickness 1.5 mm, height 154 mm, with 4 lifting points for crane handling.
• Base profile: Made of galvanized steel lacquered in light grey RAL 9002, thickness 1.5 mm, height 80 mm, with 4 feet of 16 cm at the base.

The roof is made of sandwich panels with rigid polyurethane foam insulation, 30 mm thick, Euroclass Cs3d0. The roof covering is made of corrugated galvanized steel, with rainwater drainage at the rear.

The walls are made of sandwich panels with rigid polyurethane foam insulation, 40 mm thick (light grey RAL 9002), Euroclass Cs3d0.

The floor is made of water-resistant 18mm chipboard, covered with a PVC finish.

The S1 Sanitary Block is equipped with a door measuring 78 x 220 cm (64 cm of passage) with a 58 x 58 cm opening window, single-glazed.

Sanitary Equipment (connectable)

This S1 Sanitary Block includes a ceramic English-style toilet, equipped with a PVC tank and toilet paper holder, as well as a PVC washbasin (36 cm) with a faucet and mirror.

Water supply is through the wall (A), and the waste water drains are below the floor, connected to a single outlet (E).

Electrical Installation in 220V

The S1 Sanitary Block includes a switch, a LED ceiling light, an electrical panel including a residual current device and circuit breakers (6 kW maximum), and an external connection box.
