Our sanitary blocks are designed to meet the needs for setting up restrooms on construction sites, in warehouses, restaurants, campsites, or public spaces. They are ideal for any organization needing to quickly deploy sanitation facilities on their site, such as local authorities, businesses, and associations. The modular sanitary block offers fast installation at a highly competitive price compared to traditional construction solutions.

The S1 sanitary block is a module equipped with a WC and washbasin, with a small opening window on the door. It comes with four 16 cm feet at the base.

Delivery time for this module is a maximum of 3 weeks from the date of order, as it is held in stock.

This module is not customizable, but we also offer configurations with two WC units: the SS1 sanitary block, or one WC and a shower: the SD1 sanitary block.

Our standard series corresponds to our basic finish level: standard structure and standard insulation.

If needed, we can also manufacture this module in our “Reinforced” or “Isoplus” series. In this case, thermal and acoustic insulation will be enhanced, but the delivery time will be longer.

Our sanitary modules are assembled in France.

Specifications of the New S1 Sanitary Block

The S1 sanitary block features a galvanized steel and lacquered frame in light grey RAL 9002.

The roof profile is made of galvanized steel, lacquered in light grey RAL 9002, with a thickness of 1.5 mm and a height of 154 mm. It includes 4 lifting points for crane handling.

The base profiles are made of galvanized steel, lacquered in light grey RAL 9002, with a thickness of 1.5 mm and a height of 80 mm, featuring four 16 cm feet at the base.

The roof is made from sandwich panels with rigid polyurethane foam, 30 mm thick, Euroclass Cs3d0. The roof covering is corrugated galvanized steel, with rainwater drainage at the rear.

The walls are made from sandwich panels with rigid polyurethane foam, 40 mm thick (light grey RAL 9002), Euroclass Cs3d0.

The floor is made of moisture-resistant particleboard, 18 mm thick, covered with a PVC coating.

Windows and Doors:
The sanitary S1 is equipped with a door measuring 78 x 220 cm (64 cm passage width) with a small window (vasistas) measuring 58 x 58 cm, single-glazed.

Sanitary Equipment

The S1 sanitary block comes with a ceramic WC, equipped with a PVC tank and toilet paper holder, along with a 36 cm PVC washbasin, a tap, and a mirror.

The water supply is in the wall (A), and the waste pipes are under the floor, connected to a single outlet (E).

Electrical Installation (220V)

The S1 sanitary block includes a switch, an LED ceiling light, an electrical panel with differential switch and circuit breakers (up to 6 KW), and an external connection box.
